Accredited with degrees in English Literature at the University of the Fraser Valley, as well as in Media Production at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Raphael found his way into real estate marketing in search of a fun and fast-paced workplace to indulge his passion for storytelling while developing a strong business acumen. As Content Creator and Strategist with Sutton 1st West, Raphael is responsible for the production of effective marketing content, the craft of eloquently prosed copywriting, and the comprehensive support of various impactful media projects. Additionally comfortable with public speaking, Raphael has also taken the microphone at Sutton events to make announcements, run interviews and host festivities as the master of ceremonies. Outside the office, Raphael enjoys being out in nature, in the company of friends and immersed in his own creative multimedia projects. Whether in keeping the copy airtight (and often alliterative), creating impeccable content, or producing powerful media, Raphael takes pride in every stage of  devising, developing and delivering on a project well done.
