Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, sociable, detail-oriented, reliable individual to join us. We need someone to help keep us organized which includes answering phones, taking messages, sending emails, filing documents on the computer, and making sure details don’t get missed. It’s important to have someone on our team that is self-directed, decisive, and has the ability to discern. Real estate is a fast-paced industry, and we need a team member that can handle the quick turnarounds and the needs of our real estate agents while being able to manage their own work while our team members may be busy dealing with time-sensitive issues.
