Johnny has a host of technological and organizational skills which help him carry out his work as a Property Manager throughout the Greater Vancouver area. Initially drawn to the role by a noticeable lack of Mandarin and Cantonese speaking Property Managers available in the region, he now works almost entirely on referral, helping overseas and local homeowners communicate in whatever language they feel most comfortable. He also enjoys working with his real estate colleagues, helping realtors manage their property and handle important assets. In filling this role, Johnny is detail-oriented and thorough, knowing that even the smallest oversight can make or break the experience of his clients. Whether he’s establishing productive communication, assisting with administration, or just providing regular updates for his clients, Johnny is always committed to getting the job done.
