While studying finance and real estate at the University of British Columbia, Joan honed her communication and technical skills before ultimately deciding to become a licensed realtor with Sutton 1st West. Now working primarily out of Vancouver West, Burnaby and Richmond, she strives to be someone her clients can trust not only with their business but with helping them build a life in the communities she knows so well. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Joan is able to establish productive communication with a broad range of people, negotiating on behalf of her clients in order to ensure they get the best deal possible. Above all else, Joan is outgoing, friendly, and sincere, an attitude which allows her to form long lasting relationships with many of the people she works with.
