With a background in investment and insurance, as well as several years as a realtor’s assistant, Alva developed a unique blend of financial acumen, communication skills, and real estate knowledge long before she took the leap into full time realty. Now with over 7 years’ experience in the real estate industry, she enjoys being out in the field, researching new opportunities for her clients and establishing productive relationships with the people around her. Working primarily out of Richmond, Coquitlam, Burnaby, and Vancouver, she uses her dual licenses as both a realtor and a property manager to provide whatever service her clients require.
