New report says Burnaby hosts the second most expensive rentals in Canada

Burnaby's rental market remains strong according to a new report from Rentals.ca. The city has the second highest prices for one- and two-bedroom units in the country, equal to the prices in Toronto. Vancouver is still the most expensive city to rent in Canada. Average asking rents in BC are the highest in all provinces at $2,656.
