
B.C. real estate: Burnaby home prices steady but still high
Last month, the median selling price for a detached home in Burnaby was $2.044 million, while attached homes and apartments were $1.139 million and $720,000, respectively. Although prices have seen a slight dip month-over-month, there has been a significant 116% increase since 2013. Apartments in Burnaby South were also more expensive than those in Vancouver East, with a benchmark price of $823,300 compared to $723,900.
